    Competitors check-in time 9am, Starting time 9.30am
    Spectators entry fee at the door: Adults £2, Children free
     
    COMPETITOR SAFETY EQUIPMENT IS COMPULSORY
    Sparring equipment: Mouth guard, shin/instep protectors, hand mitts and groin protector
